The flux Solder Fluid No. 1V containing halogens is a well activated inorganic flux. The flux is mainly used for soldering steel/iron.
Application:
A thin application of the Soldering Liquid Nr. 1V is in most cases sufficient for easy-to-solder surfaces. For poor solderability
an advance cleaning or mechanical removement of the oxide layer by grinding is recommended. Mode of application is
depending on requirements; suitable are brushing, dispensing and dipping.
