Resin based, no-clean, tacky flux, suitable for manual and automatic dispensing, with good printability and fine dispensability.
Extreme low activation: excellent insulation reaction of the flux residues after soldering.
Hard and not sticky residues.
No Clean.
Halide free.
Dispensable.
Can be removed if required by Flux-Ex 500.

Application:
Apply a sufficient quantity of Multifix 450-01 manually or with a compressed air dispenser.
The soldering temperature should not exceed 350°C.
To evaporate the solvent make sure that the flux is heated above 100°C. This assures a non sticky film.
