For all kind of soldering iron and solder bath 230V - 17W to 500W.
The control system is fully electronic and reliable.
A microprocessor system has been designed to give this box functions almost equivalent to a thermoregulated iron system with built-in sensor.
The principle consists of open-loop control of soldering irons from 17 to 450 W using the potentiometer on the socket box.
Depending on the position of the potentiometer, the iron is fed by wave trains to obtain the desired power.
The microcontroller is synchronized to the mains, enabling non-random switching at 0 volts. (To avoid interference).
Thanks to its open-loop operation, the microprocessor calculates the set power value and the time it will take to reach it.
During this optimized time, the microprocessor automatically programs the wave trains needed to accelerate heating.
Thanks to this integrated calculation system, 100% of the power is programmed at start-up.
Once the time has elapsed, the iron will return to its set power (or percentage).
This operating principle takes place at start-up (cold iron) or with each positive change in the potentiometer (increase in temperature setpoint).
Similarly, for any negative change in the setpoint (temperature decrease), the microprocessor calculates the time it will take to reach the set power value.
The power supply to the iron will then be completely switched off, allowing the iron to reach its set value more quickly.
The flashing LED indicates the iron power supply in real time.
