WXair upgrades a WXsmart Soldering station to a full All-in-One Rework Station

The WXair rework module with 1 air and 1 vacuum channel turns your 2-channel WXsmart Soldering station into a full All-in-One Rework Station.
No other soldering station is ever needed, all soldering, desoldering and hot air applications, from smallest to largest components, are covered with the WXsmart platform.

Self-contained, 2-in-1 rework module with integrated high performance rotary vane pump

Hot air and vacuum channels do not require an external air pressure supply.
Combining hot air and desoldering in just one module saves space on the workbench and avoids high investment costs.

More space on your workbench

Designed to be stackable, a WXsmart Soldering Station can easily be stacked on top of a WXair Rework Module, keeping your workbench clean and organized.

Exchangeable filters extend the life time of the pump.

The filters can be changed fast and easily within seconds.

Backwards compatibility for maximum flexibility

Fast and easy station set-up

Connect the WXair Rework Module to the WXsmart Soldering Station quickly and easily with a RS232 cable.

Optional foot switch activation for a smooth workflow

Both Air and Vacuum channels can be activated by a foot switch with different operating modes, ensuring a smooth workflow tailored to the user's needs.

Hot air WXHAP 200:

• Operating mode level 1 - air flow continues for as long as the button on the hot-air iron or foot switch is pressed.
• Operating mode level 2 - hot-air flow continues for between 0 and 300 seconds, stopping at the end of the set time, when the button is pressed once.
• Operating mode level 3 - WXHAP 200 switches on with one press of the button and off with the second press.

Desoldering WXDV120 / WXDP 120:
Activate VAC (Vacuum on-delay + Vacuum off-delay) on the WXsmart Station.

Tool compatibility

• Weller WXDP 120 Desoldering Iron with 120 W for horizontal use.
• Weller WXDV 120 Desoldering Iron with 120 W for vertical use.
• WXHAP 200 Hot Air Iron with 200 W.

The WXair Rework Module and all the connected tools are fully ESD safe.

How to connect Wxair to Wxsmart

WX CONNECTION CABLE :

The connecting cable is used to connect stations to each other or with accessories such as fume extractions or heating plates with the adequat adapter.
