100% ESD-safe illuminated magnifier, independently certified for use in EPA (Electrostatic Protected Areas) to IEC 61340-5-1 & ANSI/ESD 20:20.
A fantastic 2-in-1 light source, powerful 6,000K LEDs ensure clarity and shadow-free illumination while UV-A (365nm) LEDs are ideal for conformal coating inspection as well as thorough checking of soldered joints, welds and any other mechanical stress areas.
With 2 brightness levels to suit your tasks, joints that hold any position and a large 17.5cm lens, the iQ ESD(tm) is the ultimate 2-in-1 ESD-safe illuminated magnifier.
Technical details:
Key features:
2-in-1 light source
Easily switch between powerful daylight 6,000K illumination with 2 brightness settings and UV-A (365nm) LEDs.
As plastic diffusers can deteriorate over time, leading to a reduced UV output, our UV LEDs are specifically made from metal reflectors to ensure longevity and consistent performance.
100% ESD-safe
full protection against static and ensures complete ESD safety in your electrostatic protected area.
Easily positioned exactly where you need it
The magnifying lamp features a spring balanced arm and free motion head joint which allow a great range of movements- forwards, backwards, left, right, up and down and 220° rotation of the head.
This enables the magnifying lamp to be positioned exactly where required in the working environment.
Bright and brilliant view
The optical quality glass lens of the iQ ESD & UV Magnifier is 17.5cm in diameter, giving a superb view of the PCB being inspected. Daylight has designed the only ESD-safe lens of this size, with an ESD coating on both sides of the lens, giving full ESD safety.
2 magnification options
With the iQ ESD & UV Magnifier, you can choose between the 3 dioptres (1.75X) main lens and the 12 dioptres (4X) swing arm magnifier.
Simply swing the lens into the middle of the head to get a very close look at your work, and move to the side when not required.
