Printed circuit boards can not only be loaded vertically but also horizontally.
The system is completely variable in width and can be adapted in width to all sizes of printed circuit boards.
For the different printed circuits, 100, 180 and 300 mm high magazines are available.
The ends of the guide grooves are funnel-shaped to ensure easy insertion of the printed circuit boards. Adhesive positioning strips with yellow markings indicate the exact position and thus prevent the circuits from being skewed during manual loading.
- Double-sided walls, plastic driver
- Adjustable for PCB dimensions
- Quick installation
- Stackable
- Flexibility, the aluminum profile is available by the meter
- Guide for easy insertion of printed circuit boards
Simple and fast assembly
The grooved walls can be adjusted as you like on the profile. Two printed circuits are slid into the grooves at each end. Press the wall against the circuits and secure with the screws.
Solid and indeformable
The walls are part of their extremely strong dubbing. In addition, during a high mechanical and thermal requirement, the wall can be reinforced by a metal bar.
Groove plugs
To prevent damage to components when inserting circuits into the magazine, unused grooves can be covered by plugs.
Stackable
The shops are stackable thanks to holes and plugs at the outside corners. Concavities below the walls facilitate the handling of stores.
Vertical mount
Printed circuit boards with their components must be stored horizontally before soldering. As a result, the stores are placed vertically.
Transport bins
For transportation, magazines can be placed in standard 600 x 400 or 400 x 300 mm trays. Removable handles facilitate insertion and removal.
