The SEREX 62 is developed by an extremely effective cleaner, nonflammable, designed to remove residual
solder paste and glue the silk screens and screen-printed circuit boards badly.
It is used at room temperature which can be heated.
SEREX 62 is effective in automated equipment for cleaning silk screens and stencils which are used
spraying with low pressure water rinse and drying with hot air.
SEREX 62 was designed to remove the pulp and adhesives commonly used and the pasta "no clean" and lead-free products.
USE
SEREX 62 is not flammable. The SEREX 62 can be supplied ready for use or in its formulation
concentrated (72 SEREX to be diluted 20% with deionized water or softened).
A typical cleaning cycle from 3 to 10 minutes after the age of the deposits of cream or glue.
It is not necessary to heat the SEREX 62 or 72. However,
they can be heated to a temperature of 55 ° C with appropriate equipment. No extraction is required under normal conditions of use.
